To far from downtown, staff not very friendly, Lobby small and not very nice. I asked the front desk about the pizza place you can see from the front door and he said he had never been there and did not not know anything about it. You would think someone would try it out and tell the rest of the staff about it. I am sure i am not the first one to ask about it. The alarm clock did not work and i ask two days in a row to have someone fix it or change it out. It was never done. All small things but they add up. Would not stay there again!!!

The location close to the airport was nice. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. The big spa-tub was awsome with endless hot water. The suite was very spacious and we felt very safe.
The mattress was not very comfortable and left my back hurting. However the hot tub bath made up for it in spades. The room when we first got there smelled like heavy old spice but that was likely from the guest before us because once we opened the windows it abated within a few hours.

Convenient location, with a supermarket and convenience store within walking distance. The staff is really nice and goes out of their way to help you. They serve up a classic American breakfast to kickstart your day! 🍳

Lenin not clean. Hair on sheets and blanket had stains. Very disturbing for my wife and myself. Not what we excepted.

The staff was friendly, the restaurant excellent. The whirlpool was relaxing. The bed was firm but comfortable. Mostly I loved the company and conversation. It was quiet and private. That was good.
The hallway outside of the room had a bad smell. The furnishings were adequate but very outdated. I felt like I was staying in my first apartment again that I moved to in the 80's. Housekeepers knocked on the door really early and never offered to come back if you weren't ready to have them clean the room at 8:30am. We had no fresh towels or sheets during a three day stay

had a great stay at frontier suites hotel! the room was large, spacious, and comfortable with two clean queen beds. loved the full-size kitchen for making breakfast. staff was friendly and helpful. highly recommend!
No hangers in the room.
